I couldn’t be more grateful for this mechanic shop. After taking my son’s vehicle to two other places without getting any real answers, this was the third shop we tried—and from the very first phone call, I had a strong feeling they would finally figure it out. I’m so glad I trusted that instinct. My son is in college in La Crosse, and I live three hours away, so dealing with an intermittent stalling issue from a distance was incredibly stressful. Not only did they take the problem seriously, but they were also thorough, patient, and clearly experienced. Intermittent issues can be tough to diagnose, but they stuck with it and found the root cause.

Hands down the best mechanic experience we have had in over a decade. We brought our vehicle in for a second opinion because our usual place seemed far overpriced. Tim and the guys at Northside are the only mechanics I go to anymore. Quality of work is great, communication is excellent, and they're quick. Pricing is fair, especially considering the work. They've gone above and beyond for me a couple times and righted a few wrongs done by other shops in the area. Would recommend 10/10 and will continue to be a returning customer.

"I have dealt with them for many years, As far as I'm concerned, the "new owners" are the same honest and trustworthy folks I've dealt with for well over ten years (15? 20?). They will save you a lot of money over the costly dealerships. I have had them outright refuse to do work that a dealership tried to tell me had to be done every 15,000 miles. The truth turned out - it only gets done when you do a major brake job. Congrats Tim & Shana - I know you will continue just as you have been - with integrity!
