Do I need an appointment?
Our shop is very busy, so we do recommend appointments, but we understand emergency situations can’t wait.


Do you work with fleet management companies? 
Yes! We work with Enterprise, Donlen, ARI and Element.

Do you have a waiting room? 
Yes! We have a comfortable, spacious waiting room with free WiFi, charging station, water, coffee, hot cocoa, cookies and snacks.  


Do I have to go to the dealer for factory-schedule maintenance in order to avoid losing my warranty?
This is one of the most often questions we get. We are qualified to perform factory-schedule maintenance without voiding any warranties.

Can I drop my vehicle off after-hours? 

Yes! We offer a security-monitored parking lot with an after hours key-drop box.

Do you offer diagnostic services?
Yes! Most automotive diagnostics are performed in one hour or less. Most diesel diagnostics are performed within two hours or less. 

Do you service hybrids? 

Yes! 

Do you perform oil changes?

Yes, and what's more each oil change comes with a complementary 28 point check including tire pressure, battery condition, lights, and fluids.
